We wanted to provide you with a breakdown of the position. We are hiring for subcontractors at the moment (1099). Please note that we do not handle vacation rentals or Airbnbs, and we rarely take on commercial jobs. Our primary work involves recurring residential cleanings, typically starting between 10 AM and 2 PM.

This role is designed to transition from part-time to full-time, but it is not intended to be a full-time source of income initially. You will build your profile over time, starting with two-person cleanings. Since these are residential customers, even though we have daily appointments, clients have the option to opt out of training appointments. Our recurring jobs are typically 3-hour sessions that can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed by the client.

When you join our company, you will begin with a trial period to see how well you fit with the team. During this trial, you will earn a set hourly wage of $18. After the trial, your information, along with your requested hourly rate, will be sent to HR, who will determine your final rate. It's important to note that clients ultimately decide who they are comfortable having in their homes, and your ability to secure solo cleans, earn bonuses, and increase your income will largely depend on building trust and satisfaction with the clients. The more clients choose to have you return, the more opportunities you'll have to increase your earnings.

Please note that this is a subcontract role. You will be responsible for covering your initial background check cost (about $20), which will be refunded to you after a successful trial period.
